Over the weekend, one of our staff members James Hanna was out boating in one of our Zodiac 650 Open boats when he heard a distress call come over the radio. James, and his 2 friends Kenny and Pat raced to the accident scene where a ski boat had hit a log in the ocean and completely submerged. When they arrived they found a ski tube with 2 kids and 6 adults clinging to it. They got everyone out of the water and onto the Zodiac and waited until the Coast Guard hovercraft arrived on scene. The boaters were moved onto the hovercraft and taken to shore. Our applause and congratulations go out to James, Kenny and Pat for being at the right place at the right time and acting in a very professional and courteous manner! way to go!
